Don’t use convection for cooking cakes, quick breads, custards, or souffls.
Glass, paper, microwave-proof plastic and ceramic utensils can be used, but avoid using ceramic ware or pottery with metal coating or designs. Metal utensils and foil can be used in convection cooking. Always check for utensils to be oven-safe before using.
