Preheat the oven to 475F for at least 30 minutes, preferably an hour. If you don’t have a pizza stone, you can use a pizza pan or a thick baking sheet; you need something that will not warp at high temperatures.
Roll out dough, flatten and place on pizza pan, allowing for the size of the pan, pre-bake at 375 degrees for Convection/Microwave Oven (400 degrees for conventional oven). Bake for 13-15 mins until the cheese is starting to bubble and brown in the Convection/Microwave.

At the end of the day, choosing a pizza oven comes down to personal preference. Electric ovens create pizzas that taste and look the same and are less expensive to run, but are more costly to purchase. Gas ovens make pizzas with a different taste and flavor each time, which is great for creating customized products.
Heat the oven. Generally, the hotter the oven, the better the pizza will be. The best oven temperature for pizza is between 450 and 500 degrees F (250 to 260 degrees C).
If you feel like your pizza is cooked well but you want a crispier crust, you can add just a couple more minutes to your cooking time. This won’t burn or ruin the toppings and will help to crisp up the crust a little bit. Let your pizza cool for about 3-5 minutes. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
