It is best to cook on low in a slow cooker to soften the food and allow flavors to develop, especially for a meaty stew or soup. Cooking on high is suitable for lean meats or vegetables. To swap a recipe from high to low setting, double the cooking time. Avoid swapping from low to high settings.

Eliminating the need to use a steamer, deep fryer, a slow cooker, an oven, hob, bread maker, a rice cooker and even a microwave (you get this gist) a multi cooker takes up only a small amount of space on a counter top and by using only one electric plug socket, it’s energy efficient too.
Most multi-cookers include around 9 to 15 functions meaning you can fry, saut, simmer, and bake easily. The multi-cooker can also cook: Stew.
Auto When set on Auto, the slow cooker begins cooking on High until it reaches temperature. Then a thermostat switches the slow cooker automatically to Low, and remains on Low for the remaining duration of cooking time, until switched Off. NOTE: Auto setting does not switch the slow cooker off at any given time.
