SELECT COOKING MODE AND TEMPERATURE: Turn oven on; SELECT the cooking mode. To cook in the combi or hot air mode, set thermostat to desired temperature. To cook in the steam mode, set thermostat to 200 F. The thermostat light will come on indicating oven temperature is below set point.
Prepare batter for the cake and preheat the microwave at 180 degree Celcius. The oven get preheated when you hear the whistle. Keep the cake tray with batter in the oven on HIGH for five minutes or choose combination mode select microwave and convection. Set timer for 10minutes at a temperature of 180degree Celcius.
