Once a week at least. Tetro says your bathroom is the ultimate bacteria host; E. coli can be found within six feet of the toilet and in the sink. To keep it at bay, disinfect the toilet and sink at least once weekly, and the bathtub every two weeks more if you shower often.
Wolf electric ovens all offer a self-clean feature: Dual Fuel Range Self Clean Feature.
Self-Clean Ovens with Steam Simply pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of a cool oven. Close the door and select Steam Clean. The cycle lasts about 30 minutes, and loosens and softens the grime in the oven. Once the cycle is complete, wipe out the moisture and food soils with a soft cloth.
The Vapour Clean function is a special function that uses steam to help lift spillages and burnt on food residue from the inside of the oven. All built in ovens with LCD displays have this as a selectable programme and which is 18 minutes long.
There are several ways you can clean your oven with steam. One way is by using a steam cleaner on your oven. If you don’t have a steam cleaner, turn the temperature of your oven to 232C (450F) and place an oven-safe pot filled with water inside. Wait 30-60 minutes for the steam to loosen the oven’s dirt and grease.
Wolf Gas Ranges do not have a self-clean feature. Self-Clean is typically controlled by a door look and door locks are not available on Wolf Gas Ranges.

Unlike a shiny interior that reflects rays to a dark pot, a blue interior helps retain more heat around the pan. A blue interior will also allow you to clearly see your food when you peek through the oven window.
The oven will self-clean for 2 hours and cool down for 1 hour. Touch ENTER twice to begin clean cycle. To stop the clean cycle, turn bezel to the OFF position. The door will stay locked until the oven reaches a safe temperature.
Wolf Gas Ranges do not have a self-clean option. To clean a black porcelain oven interior: Use a razor blade to lift baked on foods from oven cavity and window. Spray stubborn stains with a mild abrasive cleaner or spray degreaser, then scrub with a no-scratch Scotch-Brite pad (pink or blue).

We recommend using soap and hot water or using a mild abrasive cleaner. Note, cleaning the racks may require a little elbow grease. When the equipment has fully cooled you may need to remove baked-on foods from the oven window.
