Which is better OTG or oven?
Because electric ovens tend to create more heat, resulting in more even and consistent results for baking, electric ovens are generally preferred to gas.
You can use an OTG to make cakes, cookies, muffins, pizza, bread, sourdough, tarts, rotisserie chicken, baked fish/chicken, baked vegetables, kebabs, baked snacks like baked samosas, baked cutlets, etc.
Go for the Baking oven – with two heating rods and a fan. That is a pure convection oven. It’s actually a better idea to keep both devices in your kitchen – but do not buy hybrid versions generally called Microwave Convection Oven.
There are almost 20 different types of oven when considering all the combinations. This includes different energy sources (electric ovens, gas ovens), oven sizes (single oven or double oven) and cooking methods (convection ovens, fan ovens, steam ovens).
Aluminum foil is safe to put in the oven, making it great for lining baking sheets. But it’s not recommended to use foil to line the bottom of the oven to catch spills and drips because it can melt in high heat and damage the oven.
Pre Heat your OTG On Bake mode on 180degree for 10 minutes. After 10 minute, Take a baking try, Pour little oil and put Pizza base. Prick holes with a Fork and than keep for Baking for 8 to 9 minutes until it has brown edges.
As far as cooking is considered, a microwave oven cooks food much quicker than an OTG. Also, nowadays microwave ovens like this one have grilling and air-frying/low-oil frying option as a separate mode.
