With CircoTherm, you can evenly cook completely different dishes at one time, using all oven levels, without any intermingling flavours. This hot air seals food quickly, retaining moisture and preventing flavour transfer. Your fishcakes will taste like fish and your muffins will taste like muffin.
Cakes typically bake between 325 and 450 degrees F. Most convection ovens require the fan to be turned off as well as reducing the temperature by 25 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
One of the most popular and well-known features of Neff ovens is their Circo Therm technology, which is fantastic for all things baking. Essentially it’s Neff’s patented fan technology, which works by drawing in air from the oven using a powerful stainless steel fan.

The trick to cooking baked potato chips so they’re crispy but not burnt is to cook them at a high temperature for a short amount of tim so set your oven to 200C CircoTherm and place your tray of potatoes into the oven for approx. 20 minutes. To prevent your chips from burning, be sure to turn them frequently.
